I come with over a decade of experience in health and fitness…and a unique combination of education and certifications such as a Master’s of Science in Behavioral Psychology, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Behavior Change Specialist.
I’ve also spent almost a decade studying how wealth impacts health, and had the privilege of learning from world-renowned Behavioral Scientists like Dan Ariely, Hal Hershfield and Kristen Duke, who have spent their entire careers studying and researching human behavior.
